The Vistas is the newest village of homes in Hunters Creek, and is surrounded by several lakes and the Shingle Creek conservation area. Residents can enjoy easy access to several beautiful picnicking areas, as well as Vista Park, Hunters Creek’s newest and largest public park that spans 20 acres.

The Vistas neighborhood is located approximately 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 25 minutes from downtown Orlando, and about an hour’s drive from the coast. Residents of the Vistas neighborhood in Hunters Creek have easy access to the Beeline Expressway and the Florida Turnpike, and can easily connect to Interstate 4. State Road 417 runs through Hunters Creek and offers easy access to downtown Orlando, Winter Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Vida Vista is one of the larger groups of homes located in the Vistas off Town Center Boulevard, and features 130 homes ranging in size from three and six bedrooms.

Terra Vista was the first neighborhood in the Vistas community, and features a total of 174 three to five bedroom homes. This community is located directly behind Vista Park, giving residents easy access to the recreational center and recreational amenities. Casa Vista is also within a short walking distance from Vista Park, and features 180 homes built between 1999 and 2001.

Another smaller community located outside Vista Park is Mar Vista, featuring four and five bedroom homes completed in 2000. This small community is located in the western section of the Vistas, and is an attractive choice for larger families and working professionals.

All residents of the Vistas neighborhood in Hunters Creek have access to Lake Gatlin, as well as the Shingle Creek Conservation area.
