A new subdivision is being approved for development by the Orange County Commission and is scheduled to get underway this year, probably by or before October. The neighborhood, named The Pointe At Hunters Creek, will be located just north of West Osceola Parkway and south of S.R. 417 and will cover approximately 53.40 acres of land. Commissioners are expected to approve construct of 134 single family homes, built by two development groups Ryan Homes and Surrey Homes.
Prices are currently expected to run between the $300’s and $400’s, and provide high-quality residences for discerning buyers, with some great creature comfort features in the plans. Also in the plans is to provide a rurual feel to the new community with 30 percent or more of the subdivision to remain unspoiled.
