As mentioned before, in a 4,000 acre master planned community of 35 single family neighborhoods we recognize that there is a lot of choice when it comes to where to live in Hunters Creek. However, if you are thinking about one of “The Vistas” communities in the western portion of Hunters Creek you have made a great choice!
As also written before: “The Vistas is the newest village of homes in Hunters Creek, and is surrounded by several lakes and the Shingle Creek conservation area. Residents can enjoy easy access to several beautiful picnicking areas, as well as Vista Park, Hunters Creek’s newest and largest public park that spans 20 acres.”
Terra Vista is the first Vista community that was constructed back in 1999, with it’s first home being completed in August of that year. The neighborhood was completed in 2003 and is not home to just under 200 residents.
Terra Vista contains some beautiful single family properties that are situated just behind the aforementioned Vista Park meaning that residents living in Terra Vista can easily access one of the best and largest recreational facilities in the entire Hunters Creek development. Homes often have numerous upgrades with many even having their own screened in pool!
Parent’s will love Terra Vista as West Creek Elementary School, which opened in the fall of 2004 is right next to the community – walking distance for many!
Commuters will also love Terra Vista as it is within easy access of major trunk roads like 417, Osceola Parkway and just minutes from Downtown Orlando and Orlando International airport. The entire metro Orlando area is within reach in well under an hour!
