Settlers Landing in Hunters Creek

Hunters Creek is such a popular part of South Orlando that buyers in the area often find it difficult to choose a community within Hunters Creek to move to! Each of the neighborhoods has its own unique character while all benefit from a great location.

One such great neighborhood is Settlers Landing.

Settlers Landing is located off of Hunters Creek Blvd, west of Orange Blossom Trail, east of John Young Parkway, right by the Gatorland Attraction. this community was the second neighborhood to be constructed within Hunters Creek.

This development benefits from plenty of community amenities such as a neighborhood swimming pool, surrounding Conservation Area to the south, plenty of open space as well as Eagle Lake to the west and Quail Lake to the east.
