Hunters Creek New Home Construction for The Pointe At Hunters Creek is moving along at a steady pace. . As of this post, construction crews are busy installing the utility lines for the community ( Sewer Pipes, Water, Electric, Cable Lines). The completion of the land development is still slated for the end of July according to the project manage (weather permitting). Once the land have been developed and road’s installed, the 2 Builders ( Surrey Homes and Ryan Homes) will start construction of their Model Homes and begin to announce pricing and floor plans. There is expected to be 134 Home sites available for sale once the Builders start selling lots. based on the current interest in this new Hunters Creek Community, we expect this to sell out very quickly as this is the last section of Hunters Creek available to build home sites on. Both Builders will be working in cooperation with us to get pricing and floor plan available as soon as they are ready. We will be holding a special Open House for pre- construction information and have both Builders on hand to register all potential home Buyers.
