I know everyone is waiting on updates for the New Construction in Hunters Creek (The Pointe At Hunters Creek). So far the project is moving forward and I have uploaded a video on YouTube that will give a better picture of the project. Completion of the land development is still scheduled to finish by the end of July / beginning of August ( weather permitting). Both Builders ( Surrey Homes and Ryan Homes ) have assured me that once floor plans and pricing is available, this information will be passed on to me. We are working with both Builders to hold a pre-construction open house here in Hunters Creek to show off their new home information and pricing. Hang in there everyone and as soon as we get more information, we will pass it over to you as soon as possible.
