Falcon Pointe is located off of Town Center Blvd on the eastern side of John Young Parkway south of 417, so is convenient for all local transport links. Homes here are large single family homes with many of the homes backing onto conservation area or water. In fact, within the community there are two large lake,s a fishing area, boating docks, three small ponds and several acres of lush landscape and green spaces. In total there are 165 homesites in this community, making Falcon Pointe one of the largest communities in Hunters Creek.

The community was constructed between 1991 and 1996 and offers, within its confines Mallard Pointe Park which features tennis, basketball, jogging, sand volleyball. a kiddie park as well as jogging trails, all for the benefit of local residents.
In Falcon Pointe you’ll find several properties with covered swimming pools next to the lake, and many are connected to a trail that wraps around the lake and up to the pier. Sometimes it can be hard not to find yourself feeling like you are in a much more rural area with all of the greenery that surrounds this community as well as the abundance of wildlife around this area – don’t be surprised to find herons, turkey, and white-tailed deer roaming near the jogging and biking trails throughout the year! Particularly along the Marriott Trail of the Shingle Creek Management area, the initial headwaters of the Everglades ecosystem which is just a short walk from Falcon Pointe.
Living here in Falcon Pointe is great for families too, parents will be delighted to know that children attend the great Endeavor Elementary School, Hunters Creek Middle School and Cypress Creek High School. Falcon Pointe also has an active Neighborhood Watch Program.
