Looking for a centrally located Hunters Creek neighborhood? Eagles Landing could be it!

This great community is the second largest neighborhood in Hunters Creek and surrounds the pretty Eagle Park, which was the first park to open in Hunters Creek. There are around fifty properties in Eagles Landing that benefit from a great view by backing onto Eagle Park. The Park features basketball, tennis and racquetball courts along with a children’s playground, a fishing dock and meeting facilities. It also contains nine retention ponds which are fenced and maintained by Orange County.

Eagle Creek is accessed by two entrances off Hunter’s Creek Blvd, west of Orange Blossom Trail and east of John Young Parkway.

Construction on this 132 homesite neighborhood was one of the first in Hunter’s Creek, the first residents to move into their new home were way back in October 1986. The last new home owners joined in February 1989. Thanks to the active homeowners association these homes are still in great shape and their owners take pride in looking after their properties.

Being located within easy reach of local amenities such as the Loop shopping center and being zoned for excellent schools, Eagles Landing is the perfect place for families to live, work and play!
