Devlin Green in Hunters Creek

As one of the few gated communities in Hunters Creek, Devlin Green is home to 151 home sites and is nestled in several lush, green acres around Hunters Creek Golf course. The entrance to Devlin Green runs along the 15th and 16th holes of the golf course, and many homes in this neighborhood overlook the golf course or one of two beautiful ponds.

The Hunters Creek Neighborhood Association has recently sanded and replaced many of the sidewalks in the area, and all green spaces are very well-maintained.

Hunter’s Creek Golf Club ( surrounds Devlin Green, and is one of the region’s top golf courses, named one of the “Top 75 Public Courses to Play” in the country by Golf Digest. It features five sets of tees ranging from 5,225 to 7,268 yards, and boasts 13 lakes and several acres of rolling fairways. The Lloyd Clifton championship course caters to Devlin Green residents, locals and visitors alike, and hosts a number of tournaments, special events and banquets throughout the year.

Residents of Deviln Green are located minutes from the Florida 417 and Central Florida Greenway, and a short drive from The LOOP shopping center on John Young Parkway. Town Center Boulevard runs parallel to this neighborhood, and a short drive towards the town center will take you to The Village at Hunter’s Creek retail, dining and entertainment district. Those that work in Kissimmee or downtown Orlando have easy access to Interstate 4 from the Florida 528 toll road located off South Orange Blossom Trail.
